Texture looks too bright in game for now but still better than the original, planning to update the flashbang model too
EDIT: apparently there's something wrong from my side with bone assignment or something else, if I set the model vertically to fit the hand position, when thrown grenade lands vertically, same if I do the other way (on hand is held wrong but lands correcty). Furrycat's site is down ATM and I don't know how to fix this issue. Any advice? TY
Explanation is a bit confused but english is not my primary language

Yes, I recall having this problem with the Chicken Cannon mod I made so long ago. I never got into 3D weapon and skin modelling for Swat 3 that much and someone else's helped with the throwable chicken CS grenade. I don't think it every flew properly.
Hopefully someone else can help.

Update:
Check to be sure your model is bound to the 2nd joint and not to the root. This usually happens unintentionally because we use smooth bind as a starting point.

Sorry for late answer but I was on a business trip for a couple of months and got no spare time for this fantastic project
I bound the entire model on the 2nd joint but the issue is still present... Can I send you the model so you can fix it?
PS: I'm currently using Milkshape3D
Cheers!!
