Does it show, the multiple levels for ai pathing value? and if they are occupialbe or Skybox only cells?

It was a while ago. Someone would have to download it and see.

From what I recall there was the ability to remove non-occupiable from the list.

Update: I don't see that option. It just seems to dump all the cell names. I will need to confirm by looking at a .SCN and/or the app's code.

Update 2: I exported from the Abandoned map and a non-occupiable cell was not listed.

Woops.

Looked at the code. It only ignored the cells set to "not occupiable". I will need to add a skybox only check also.

Anything else I am missing?
