See how there are 3 tabs: General, Glide, Direct X? Look on the General tab there are 2 radio buttons that say Full screen and Windowed. Could it be those?

By the way, the website registration asks for real name by default. It isn't required to give and most people don't. I just never found time to figure out how to remove that field.
