The skins are meant to be additive. An additional choice.

As for hitboxes I think right now the only one who could answer your question is Copy-Cat. I don't think any one else who is still active in Swat 3 knows the answer.

side question: does the creation of a hitbox for a model work only with gsm hacking by replacement?


If I recall correctly a few years back Copy-Cat had also thrown the SWAT4 Model into SWAT3 while testing out polygon limits? something like 5000 was possible.

As for hitbox The FAQ files that come with the game (at least GOG Version) mention how to do hit detection.

Just a snippet

All characters have hit detection applied to “faces” at the “editable mesh” level in the modifier stack. Make sure that you apply hit detection at the bottom of the stack.

also great news that gives me some hope.
problem is i dont own a COG version but maybe i´ll find the FAQ somewere else.

i assume it can be done without an additional software.
