Sorry, the Swat 3 server that runs on the NeuWon network isn't up presently.

The owner of the NeuWon network wanted to change how CD Keys are assigned to accounts and as far as I know hasn't completed the work yet. No use running the Swat server if people can't get authenticated to join the server.
