additional thought: if all that is holding you back is hosting the images then you could always post them on your website and link to them in your forum post. Easiest solution.

I have limited bandwidth and file hosting size as it is. The down side of getting free hosting from Haystakk :)

i have read that you were looking for "real swat" looking models.
the one i can give you need only a working hitbox.
3 different models. one of them is swat4 conversation but its bit edgy and without hd texture.
they are not mine and i tried to contact the owner recently becaus i had some questions,
but not sure if my mail even left.
models by steel painter i am pretty sure some user might already knew him.
i will leave a link here with the screenshots i made.
if hitbox is np for you i think thats THE choice.
but i like more smaller feet like the model you have posted.

side question: does the creation of a hitbox for a model work only with gsm hacking by replacement?

btw without sounding harsh i hope your models will come seperate as a mod and not as an replacement inside your next lr update or something.
a turn off feature would solve my prob.
its just bc i stuck to the old models and dont want to miss them.

hope you came your dream closer

The skins are meant to be additive. An additional choice.

As for hitboxes I think right now the only one who could answer your question is Copy-Cat. I don't think any one else who is still active in Swat 3 knows the answer.

If I recall correctly a few years back Copy-Cat had also thrown the SWAT4 Model into SWAT3 while testing out polygon limits? something like 5000 was possible.

As for hitbox The FAQ files that come with the game (at least GOG Version) mention how to do hit detection.

Just a snippet

All characters have hit detection applied to “faces” at the “editable mesh” level in the modifier stack. Make sure that you apply hit detection at the bottom of the stack.

problem is i dont own a COG version but maybe i´ll find the FAQ somewere else.

i assume it can be done without an additional software.
