Hello,

I am having a hard time trying to play SWAT 3 with Last Resort, every time I get to the menu, the game minimizes and when you bring to back to the main screen, the cursor is gone. is there a fix for this? I think the problem might be the 2D resolution is set at 1920x1080 and I have a 2560x1440 monitor.

It shouldn't behave this way. Question: are you using dgVoodoo? If not, I highly recommend:

DgVoodoo can help with a lot of strange issues that happen on Windows 8/10/11.

Have you tried windowed mode?

set your 2d menus to like 1366 x 768
then in the LRM launcher other settings tab, under command line arguments
check the box and try -window -map missiona

This will launch single player missiona in a window.

Doing this will tell us if the game is loading the cursor correclty. That is my next question, do you see the bullet cursor?
