jac wrote: I heard something about uninstalling the "LAV filters" but even if i have the LAV codecs i have no ideas how to remove the LAV filters
Anyway, i tried to go in the LAV video format options and unchecked all the intel indeo boxes, but it still do the same bug.
I am confused by your initial statement. You said you didn't know even if you had the Lav filters but then in your next line you said you configured them. Obviously you have them installed if you had a way of configuring them.
Just uninstall them like you would any app in Windows. If you don't see it in the list look for the Lav Filter folder and see if there is an uninst000.exe or uninstall.exe there.

i also have the original video files i did not replaced them.
About the LAV, ill try to be more clear.
first im not an expert in the matter of codecs and stuff, i thought LAV where some kind of codec and i thought LAV Filters where a different thing applying filters to videos.
Now i understood that LAV filter are included in LAV that is itself apart of the K-lite codec pack.
So i uninstalled everything of that matter, and now i have no traces of LAV in my pc anymore.
anyway my game still have the same problem when a video is played.
Also i have not installed dgVoodoo.
So for a resumee :
-Vanilla Game Gog
-No mods
-LAV uninstalled
-No dgVoodoo
-Original video files
-nointro flag allow me to start the game, but any other video causes crash
-cannot lauch the game with -window flag
-no dgVoodoo installed
(btw, im sorry for my poor english, iam also very greatefull that you are willing to help me !)

I have five Windows 10 machines at home and none of them have this problem. 4 out of 5 worked perfectly from the beginning and the last machine was a laptop that needed to have 800x600 enabled in the driver.
I don't know why the replacement XVID movies solve the problem for a lot of people but not everyone.
May I ask why you installed the K-lite codec pack? Perhaps that also should be uninstalled?
Final question: Did you reboot after uninstalling LAV? Maybe that makes a difference?

it dosent work with the 64 bit version
and i dosent work with the 32 bit version...
Anyway, i saw that CCCP install the LAV filters too.. so thats extra confusing
Also, i restarted my pc after each instal of cccp.
So CCCP is not the solution for me.
